Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance (credit card required), and can be booked online or over the phone during normal business hours.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, we are often unable to fill the time slot you reserved.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total service cost. No shows will be charged the full price of the service.
Policies
Piedmont Springs is serious about sanitation and your health. Therefore, all our facilities are cleaned regularly. We keep all tubs properly chlorinated and at the specific PH level. On your part, we ask you to follow these guidlines:

Should you ever feel dizzy while taking a hot tub, sauna or steam, please step out for a minimum of five minutes.

Remember that wet decking is slippery, so please exercise caution when you climb into or step down from a hot tub.

No smoking, alcohol, or drugs of any kind are allowed in our facility.

Piedmont Springs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items

If you are pregnant or have health problems, please consult your physician before taking a hot tub, sauna or steam.

For hot tubs, sauna, and steam, please be courteous to the next guest by exiting the room on time. Exiting late will result in a $15 fee per person, for every 5 minute increment you stay past your end time

If the following conditions are found upon cleaning any of our rooms, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. These include but are not limited to:

Products such as soaps, bath bombs, etc. being used in the hot tubs

Excessive oils/fragrances being used in the sauna/steam rooms

Cleaning that is above and beyond reason

Damage/staining of towels
