Sauna
The cedar-lined sauna includes a shower and separate dressing room. You may spend up to 45 minutes in the sauna and an additional 15 minutes in the dressing room afterward. Dry Saunas are beneficial for detoxifying.
$22 per 45 minutes / $20per half-hour*
Steam
The steam room includes a shower and separate dressing room. You may spend an additional 15 minutes in the dressing room afterward to cool down. Steam is great for deep cleaning and hydration.
$22 per 45 minutes / $20 per half-hour*

Children under 10 years of age are free of charge before 5PM.
Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is a two person minimum on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays after 5PM.
